COVID-19 REOPENING PLAN

Jefferson Academy will be open this fall for children to attend in the way that best fits their needs. Our goal is to keep our community safe through a shared commitment from students, teachers, families, and staff by preventing the spread of COVID-19. The following outlines the Jefferson Academy approach to operating while COVID-19 exists in the community.

  • What options are available for my student to learn this year?
    • Parents can choose between three different options, as outlined in the Reopening Plan.
      • In-Person Learning
      • Blended Learning
      • Virtual Learning
  • How do I sign up for virtual or blending learning?
  • What should I do if my child is sick?
    • Keep them home and monitor their symptoms. Consider contacting your healthcare provider and only return to school when cleared.
  • What can I do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?
    • Please check your children daily before school for any symptoms or illness, including checking temperature.

We will strive to keep families and staff safe and will communicate changes quickly.
